Co-Construct was an effective way to manage communication and any changes that were delivered throughout the project. The design and deliverables were as expected.

My husband and I give our absolute highest recommendation for MainStreet Design Build! They’ve worked on many projects big and small for us over the past few years — from a total home office design/build to conquering a longstanding drainage issue outside the home. They’ve introduced us to stellar people in the industry — their handyman Marq, painters, plumbers, carpenters. Everybody is first class. MainStreet project manager Dwain is on my speed dial list as he’s helped us out so many times with projects or problems at our home. Overall we were very satisfied with the finished product. Although the project finished late MainStreet stepped up and took over the stairs once it was clear the stair sub-contractor was not going to do the job. We have already recommended them to others. The finished product met or exceeded all of our expectations. The design turned out better than expected and the quality of workmanship was excellent.

MainStreet’s quality of work was excellent and its employees were very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.

I can’t think of a way that they fell short. I was satisfied with the assistance that I received with regards to picking out the various pieces.

I was most satisfied with how MainStreet stepped up to the plate on several material defects and immediately replaced and/or fixed the issue with no questions asked.
