I was most satisfied with how MainStreet stepped up to the plate on several material defects and immediately replaced and/or fixed the issue with no questions asked.

The design team was very helpful. The bathroom turned out beautiful in the end. Very courteous and professional staff. Very detail oriented. They have a team that has many excellent design ideas. The workmanship also was excellent.

Co-Construct was an effective way to manage communication and any changes that were delivered throughout the project. The design and deliverables were as expected.

In the Design portion we found the 3D drawing tool very productive with Steve when working on the plans for the house. Once the Build stage started the use of Co-Construct was great for keeping track of the updates on the project. The overall “build” part of the project took about 3 months once it started and was for the most part kept on schedule. It was the planning and designing that took the longest and where expectations were set. For us, this was a valuable part of the overall process. In addition, the MainStreet team use of today’s latest technology made the process a lot easier and more enjoyable.

Just a note to commend you on a job well done. We now have our dream kitchen! Your crew was great to work with. They were professional, trustworthy and hard working.
