At MainStreet Design Build, we’re committed to improving every aspect of your experience with us. To do this, we’ve asked GuildQuality, an independent customer surveying company, to reach out to our customers and gather honest, unbiased feedback about our performance. We’ll use this feedback to improve the way we do business, the way we build, and most importantly, the way we serve you.

We believe it’s important you know what to expect during this process. Please see the program details below, and do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.

GuildQuality Member

Customer Satisfaction Program Details:

  1. GuildQuality will first contact customers via email. The subject line will appear as: MainStreet Design Build Satisfaction Survey
  2. They will also contact customers by phone. These surveys are short and generally take no more than 3-4 minutes to complete.
  3. In addition, customers will receive a card in the mail. Those who receive this card should please use the survey access code on the card to complete or view an online survey.
