Elena brings a wealth of experience in Human Resource Management to her role at MainStreet. With over a decade of expertise in the field, she is eager to apply her knowledge and skills to her unique position, the first of its kind at MainStreet.

“I love doing this type of work because I have a passion for team building, problem solving and finding new ways to improve systems that will produce an effective and welcoming work environment, admits Elena. “I like to say that organizing is my ‘stress reliever.’”

Elena has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship. She is proud to be part of the Omega Nu Lambda Honor’s Society. She is a certified HR Coach, a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, and certified in Servant Leadership and Foundations of Success. Elena also loves taking advantage of new training opportunities to continue to grow and coach others along the way.

Hobbies of Elena include spending time with her husband and two children, coaching her children’s sports such as basketball, cracking ‘dad jokes,’ and traveling.
