Ward T., Project Manager

Ward, a project manager at MainStreet Design Build, brings over 30 years of industry expertise to the team. With a degree in construction management, he honed his skills in rough carpentry and has amassed a decade of management experience, overseeing projects in Michigan and beyond.

As a project manager at MainStreet, Ward leads a team of in-house carpenters and trade partners overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including personnel, materials, budgets, schedules, inspections, and quality control, delivering exceptional results from start to finish.

He is a skilled carpenter renowned for his expertise in structural engineering, framing, and foundation work.

When Ward isn’t working, he cherishes moments with his wife and son, embarking on family adventures and enjoying movie nights together. He also has a passion for sports, having played soccer, baseball, lacrosse, golf, ultimate softball, and frisbee golf. He finds joy in watching football, basketball, hockey, tennis, golf, and any athletic activity that emphasizes teamwork. Additionally, Ward enjoys surfing and is currently preparing to include Michigan among the destinations where he has surfed.

Ward has completed the Michigan 60-hour pre-license certification course and is currently preparing to take the exam. He is also a fervent advocate for the non-profit organization, Worthy Beyond Purpose, which focuses on teaching kids mindfulness and meditation.
