Ethan L., Assistant Production Manager
No stranger to construction, Ethan has over twenty years of residential remodeling experience. He took a chance on himself in his mid-30s to get a degree in Construction Management, excelling to the top of the Dean’s Honors List and maintaining a 4.0-grade point average. He then parlayed his education and experience into a Construction Coordinator / Assistant Production Manager position at MainStreet—his first job working in the office, and out of the field.
This new position, the first of its kind at MainStreet, utilizes Ethan’s problem-solving skills, eye for detail, and classroom education to effectively oversee cost, quality control, and personnel to ensure every construction process runs smoothly—working hand-in-hand with project managers.
Ethan is known for his eye for design, making projects aesthetically pleasing. He respects a home’s unique history and enjoys reveling in a past project that brings renewed pride in his work.
Speaking of history, Ethan is a candid history buff. He would say his head is packed with a lot of useless knowledge. We would say “useful”. If you are into trivia, you want Ethan on your team.
When Ethan isn’t working, he’s enjoying Metro Detroit with friends and trying out new restaurants. Ethan also loves to travel with his most recent trips taken to Italy, the Southwest, Colorado, and the Yucatan.
Last but not least, Ethan is a mentor in his free time to young men in the pitfalls of life. He supports the Vera Institute for Justice, passionate about remembering people that society has disregarded and forgotten. He also is a dog person, thus a Humane Society enthusiast.

Client Testimonials
Just a note to commend you on a job well done. We now have our dream kitchen! Your crew was great to work with. They were professional, trustworthy and hard working.
Thank you to the entire team for making our home ‘fit’ us! From the first consultation, you understood this wasn’t about trying to make a small house huge. We needed it to suit our lives better, and that is what you gave us.
MainStreet was honest and upfront about the cost of our addition. There were no surprises – they did not low ball up front to add on at the end. The quality and professionalism of the entire team was outstanding. You truly get what you pay for with MainStreet.
We love our kitchen, and MainStreet made that happen! With the help of Steve, Christine and their talented staff, we were able to add a lot more creativity and attractiveness to the design of our kitchen.
Our experience was very positive, we found MainStreet to be very professional, and considerate of our ideas. The job finished very close to the time estimated, which can be rare in that business!
MainStreet’s quality of work was excellent and its employees were very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.
We love where we live – but we needed to add more space for our growing family. We were impressed with Steve’s design suggestions for better use of space and enhancements to our plans. They really do focus on quality and integrity in every aspect of their work.
They did an excellent job of design. Some very creative design features. They did a great job.
We love our new Kitchen and Mudroom. We appreciate the effort, commitment and quality provided by the entire team at Main Street. Thank you! Kyle and Main Street Team were a pleasure to work with through the build process. The timeline including trades was on target. Co-Construct was an effective way to manage communication and any changes that were delivered throughout the project. The design and deliverables were as expected.
I can’t think of a way that they fell short. I was satisfied with the assistance that I received with regards to picking out the various pieces.
