Houzz Inc., the leading platform for home renovation and design, today announced the Houzz community’s picks for Best Of Houzz 2021, a homeowner-to-homeowner guide to the top kitchen and bath remodelers, architects, interior designers, landscape pros, and other residential design and remodeling professionals on Houzz.

This exclusive award recognizes just three percent of the more than 2.5 million active home professionals and interior and architectural photographers on the Houzz platform. MainStreet Design Build of Birmingham, MI is a multi-year “Best Of Houzz” award winner—this year winning “Best Of Houzz” for Design, and marking the ninth straight year the company has earned a “Best Of Houzz” award.

The Best Of Houzz badge is awarded annually, in three categories: Design, Customer Service and Photography. Design awards honor professionals whose work was the most popular among the Houzz community. Customer Service honors are based on several factors, including a professional’s overall rating on Houzz and client reviews submitted in 2020. Architecture and interior design photographers whose images were most popular are recognized with the Photography award.

A “Best Of Houzz 2021” badge, specifying the category won, appears on winners’ profiles to help homeowners identify popular and top-rated home professionals on Houzz locally and around the world. Houzz Pro members can also add the ‘Best of Houzz’ standout tag to their profile, which will appear in their directory listing and convey credibility. Winners have been announced globally.

What an amazing group of individuals from the top on down. Main Street touts itself as taking the worry out of your project from beginning to end. And that is so true! What a great group of people. For my project, I only had a select few. But, from Steve and Christine to Kevin and Rick, the experience was amazing. First, Steve put up with my details for my pergola (which he probably regrets-just kidding). Then, Rick, the project manager was always there to answer a question, or knocking on my door for any concerns. Lastly, Kevin is a treasure. I get up early and would text Kevin and he would be answering within 5 minutes. Telling me he was on any concerns I had. I could go on. The finished project is beyond my expectations. Its all in the details. The final pergola fits so well to the frame of my house, even the tiny detail around the gutter. The height is awesome. Matching my stone to pre-existing stone, makes it look like its part of the original house and not an “add on”. I am so amazed at my finished project! Additional thanks for using Walpole-this time. The detail in the pergola really is amazing. My pergola looks like no one else’s. I will definitely be using them again for projects I have in my for the future. When you give them a project, all your headaches are gone for looking for contractors. That leaves you all the time for looking for your tile, etc. What a great idea to have a company to complete a project from beginning to end and have QUALITY contractors to do it!!
