SUPPORTING “HOME” RUN for HABITAT in 2016

In celebration of our silver anniversary, MainStreet Design Build partnered with Habitat for Humanity of Oakland County, along with Lawrence Technological University (LTU) and other industry leaders to build a home using a new community-focused design developed by university students. This partnership worked to mobilize volunteers and community partners in building this affordable home, providing a “hand up” and not a “hand out.”

MainStreet Design Build was honored to be volunteering our hearts, hands and voices to sponsor the build of LTU’s new model of construction that teaches its students to approach architecture and design with a holistic perspective.
