These homeowners love to entertain, but their corner lot and lack of a true backyard made any indoor–outdoor connection almost impossible. They wanted a space that felt inviting, functional, and usable for more of the year. At the same time, the exterior of their home felt tired and visually disjointed, with too many competing materials and no sheltered entry—leaving deliveries exposed to the elements and diminishing curb appeal. They needed a thoughtful redesign that improved livability, comfort, and the overall look of their home.
Remodeling Solution
Our design team created a seamless indoor–outdoor transition by adding a beautiful three-season room that links the side yard to the home in a natural, welcoming way. A wood-burning fireplace extends its use into the cooler months, making the space comfortable nearly year-round. To refresh the exterior, the team unified the home’s materials, added a covered front porch to protect deliveries and visitors, and reworked the garage roofline to bring in more light.
