This traditional 100-year-old Poppleton Park home required some tender loving care to bring it back to its original glory.
Remodeling Solution
Careful thought was put into the details to elevate this home’s architecture. The traditionally designed front porch includes a beaded fir curved ceiling and a Kichler Forestdale Olde Bronze light fixture. The old brick base was replaced with New York Blue Stone that continues to the new hardscape walkway. Not to be left out, a new back porch and patio were added to the home as well.
The whole home is now covered with James Hardie Dream Collection siding and custom shutters. Unique details include copper roofing, copper gutters, a sunroom railing, and a new stone fireplace perfect for outdoor entertaining.
