The primary bath in this Franklin Estate home was original to the early ’90s and was ready for a complete makeover. While the spacious layout suited the couple’s needs, they envisioned a fresh, modern aesthetic paired with luxurious, high-end amenities to elevate their daily routines.

Remodeling Solution

Working closely with the homeowners, our design team transformed their primary bathroom into a luxurious retreat. The space features custom cabinetry topped with elegant quartz countertops and a fully customized, remote-controlled electrical system for seamless convenience.

The new spa shower is equipped with a rain head and handheld Hansgrohe fixtures, perfect for energizing mornings or unwinding at the end of the day. The dark, dated tile was replaced with large plank ‘wood-like’ tile for a cleaner, more elegant look.

To enhance the space further, we replaced the large built-in corner tub with a Kohler Sunstruck oval freestanding heated bubble massage air bath—a sought-after indulgence for the homeowner.

Another standout feature of this bathroom remodel is the Toto Neorest toilet with Actilight technology. This intelligent system uses an integrated UV light and a special glaze to break down dirt and grime, which is then rinsed clean with ewater+. With features like a heated seat, deodorizer, and warm water sprays, the Neorest 750H offers unmatched comfort and relaxation, redefining the bathroom experience.
