Erin S.

Architectural Designer

Erin brings together architectural and interior design to help homeowners visualize what’s possible before construction begins. Working closely with the Design Team, she transforms conceptual floor plans into thoughtfully designed homes through space planning, finish selections, and detailed 3D renderings that bring each client’s vision to life.

She holds a degree in Interior Design, is currently pursuing her RIDQC certification, and has had her work recognized by respected brands including Bedrosians, Room & Board, and Brizo.

“What I’m most passionate about is creating homes that truly fit the people who live in them. Every family has different routines, priorities, and dreams, and I love transforming those conversations into spaces that make everyday life more comfortable, functional, and enjoyable.”

Outside the office, Erin’s passion for design continues at home. She and her family are renovating their 1904 historic home, a dream project that allows her to preserve its original character while thoughtfully updating it for modern living. She also enjoys visiting Greenfield Village and exploring Detroit’s historic neighborhoods, where the craftsmanship and timeless character of older homes continue to inspire her work.

When she’s not working on her latest home project, you’ll often find her reading a good book, tending her garden, or spending time outdoors with her family. Erin also enjoys volunteering at her children’s schools and supporting their activities, and she has long been committed to giving back through volunteer work and donations to local women’s shelters.

A proud mom of three (and three energetic dogs!), Erin believes great design isn’t just a profession, it’s a way of life. Whether she’s restoring a historic home, creating beautiful spaces for clients, or finding inspiration in her own backyard, she’s always looking for thoughtful ways to make everyday living a little more beautiful.
