We’ll use this feedback to improve the way we do business, the way we build, and most importantly, the way we serve you.

Customer Satisfaction Program Details:
- GuildQuality will first contact customers via email. The subject line will appear as: MainStreet Design Build Satisfaction Survey
- They will also contact customers by phone. These surveys are short and generally take no more than 3-4 minutes to complete.
- In addition, customers will receive a card in the mail. Those who receive this card should please use the survey access code on the card to complete or view an online survey.
