Built-in 1990, this spacious end unit ranch condo has stunning lake views visible from nearly every room. However, the original finishes were in dire need of a complete head-to-toe renovation. The primary suite’s bathroom was cramped, and the overall design lacked flair. Builder-grade, low-quality materials marked every detail, from doors to moldings.

With a clear vision in mind, MainStreet worked closely with the homeowner to create a spa-like retreat that fully embraced the tranquil views, striking a perfect harmony between relaxation and functionality. The result is a beautifully transformed space, offering a haven of tranquility and delight.

Remodeling Solution:

The main bathroom has been thoughtfully redesigned, featuring a charming vanity room with a meticulously handcrafted wood and metal vanity. Custom Chelsea Arts Tile wainscoting and grass cloth wallpaper add elegance. Classic 6-panel dark-stained barn doors cleverly divide the space, creating a powder room effect for guests.

Further down the hallway, the spacious primary suite received a thoughtful expansion into the guest room, resulting in a custom-built primary bath and closet. The new primary bath boasts natural walnut wall-hung cabinetry, open shelving, and a cozy bench seat. The captivating feature wall is adorned with cornflower blue Dahlia Sonoma Tile.

The redesign allows for a separate toilet and shower room, alongside a dedicated dressing area with exquisite handmade mirrored cabinetry for ample clothing storage.
