Bloomfield Hills, MI Interior Remodel

The Kitchen

Although their kitchen was in relatively good condition, our clients wanted to change their space to incorporate modern, European-like features.

We designed custom cabinets with a horizontal grain walnut base that were paired with tall sleek, white upper cabinets. This helped to create a sense of openness that extended from the bottom of the counters to the tops of the walls. The countertops and backsplash crafted from Caesarstone seamlessly blended with the heated, natural limestone floors to create an inviting fresh space.

When it comes to amenities, this Bloomfield Hills kitchen remodel features a formal dining area and a comfortable breakfast nook for everyday use. Our clients particularly enjoy using their new large center island—a place where the couple can cook together, enjoy a cup of coffee, sit and relax, or just talk about their day.

The Primary Bathroom

Walking into the original primary bathroom of this upscale home was like stepping back in time. The heavily mirrored, Hollywood-style lighting was no longer functional or practical. Our solution included knocking down walls, but working within the existing footprint, to open up the space. The primary bathroom was also designed to open directly off of the master bedroom with separate access to his and hers closets.

Our clients now have a large entryway that provides significant storage space and even a tall utility closet that houses a stacked washer and dryer by Asko. A wall hung vanity with dual sinks and a waterfall Caesarstone Mitered 2.25 inch square edge countertop completes the look providing a dramatic flair.

The primary bathroom gives the couple over ten feet of new storage space in the new custom shallow wall cabinets and mirrors. A backlit mirror and low seating area offer ample room for grooming and styling each morning.

Heated floors are finished with Honed Diana Royal Marble that matches the polished marble on the walls. The new modern design also features a space-saving shower system and satin finish Delta faucets.

Guest Bathroom

Used almost exclusively for guests and connected to an inviting bedroom, the guest bathroom was completely renovated, from floor to ceiling. The pink tile was replaced with Bright White 4” x 12” wall to ceiling tile from Olympia Tile, and 12” x 24” Metallica Lite, Semi-Polished, Ice porcelain floor tile.  Matching elongated subway border tile also lines the walls of the new shower. The sleek, wall hung vanity is finished in a beautiful Wired Mercury Special Gray and a Caesarstone Quartz 5111 Statuario Nuvo countertop with custom Echelon Door Style cabinets, coordinated beautifully with Delta stainless steel faucets.

Basement Bathroom

A perfect place for friends and family to enter and exit the outside pool area, the basement bathroom was intentionally designed to dress and impress. Despite having a small space to work with, the new bathroom feels spacious and welcoming, designed with an Omega wall-hung vanity, Organic White Caesarstone countertop, and Brite White 4” x 12” wall and ceiling tile from Olympia Tile. The featured favorite is the 12″x24″ Metis Gray floor tile.
